THE STORY

Sushi Hana, a well-established Japanese chain restaurant, located in the heart of Towson, Maryland wanted to expand their menu to include poke bowls. They wanted to include illustrations of different dietary options to include in a make your own style poke bowl.

The color scheme is a more neutral, black and beige foundation with the majority of the colors coming from the vibrant food illustrations. Down below I decided two different versions for the menu, but the client decided on the more sophisticated black background.
